Tour prices are stated in [USD/Costa Rican Colones] unless otherwise indicated.
The price of each tour will specify which services are included and which services are not included.
Depending on the tour, additional expenses may include meals, drinks, entrance fees, optional activities, surf lessons, equipment rentals, souvenirs, or personal expenses.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the tour description and inclusions before making a reservation.
What Is Included and Not Included
Each tour description will indicate the services included in the advertised price.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, personal expenses, alcoholic beverages, souvenirs, optional activities, and services not expressly mentioned in the tour description are not included.
Some activities may be operated by independent third-party providers. In such cases, additional terms and conditions may apply.
Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customers may request changes to the date or time of a reservation, subject to availability and the applicable policy. Additional charges may apply if the change results in a difference in price. Chepe's Adventures cannot guarantee that a requested change will be possible.
No-Show and Late Arrival Policy
Customers are responsible for being ready at the designated pickup location at the agreed time.
Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup location, excessive delays, or failure to respond to reasonable attempts to contact the customer may be considered a no-show.
No-shows may result in the loss of the reservation and may not be eligible for a refund.
Tour Changes, Weather & Force Majeure
Tour itineraries are provided as a general guide and may be modified due to operational requirements, weather or natural conditions, traffic, safety considerations, availability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. The order of activities may change without prior notice and does not necessarily constitute a cancellation of the tour.
Many of our activities take place outdoors and may be affected by rain, strong winds, rough seas, high river levels, volcanic activity, wildlife conditions, or other natural circumstances. For safety reasons, Chepe's Adventures or its local partners may modify, postpone, or cancel an activity when conditions are considered unsafe.
Chepe's Adventures shall not be held responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, earthquakes, floods, volcanic activity, road closures, strikes, government restrictions, national emergencies, park closures, or other unforeseen events. In such circumstances, alternative arrangements, rescheduling, credits, or refunds may be offered when possible and in accordance with the policies of the service providers involved.
Transportation
Transportation services are subject to the itinerary and conditions specified at the time of booking.
Pickup times are approximate and may be affected by traffic, road conditions, weather, or operational circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup information.
