You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your tour or transfer. Cancellations made after that window may be subject to a partial fee, depending on the service.
Yes. We offer private transfers from Juan Santamaría (SJO) and Liberia (LIR) airports to any destination in Costa Rica, with flight monitoring included.
All our guides and drivers speak both Spanish and English. Some also speak French. Let us know if you need a specific language and we'll do our best to accommodate.
